How much will my order cost to ship?
We have two sets of shipping rates; one for West Malaysia and another for East Malaysia.
West Malaysia (please refer to **FREE SHIPPING PROMO below)
- First 1 kg - RM15
- Thereafter, estimated RM2 per additional kg
- First 1 kg - RM15
- Thereafter, RM10 per additional kg
For your convenience, our webstore will calculate the shipping & handling cost for you when you check-out.

Our current promotion of FREE Shipping (to anywhere within West Malaysia) if your order is above RM150 still applies. Note that this FREE Shipping promo may not be valid during sales promotion and for selected products.
How soon will I receive my order?
This depends on which delivery method you choose.
- Pickup from Cheras store
If you are picking up your order from Cheras store, we can arrange it on most days; Friday evening would be the best time since that's when we hold our weekly OTK Cheras Meetup. We will get in touch with you as soon as we receive your order to arrange for pickup.
- Ship to you (the best option!)
Subject to clearance of your payment, our usual shipping days are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will receive an automated email as soon as your order is picked and dispatched to our shipper.
Our shipper provides a next-business day delivery timeframe so you should receive your order within a day after we have shipped out. If you are shipping to East Malaysia or smaller towns, it takes a day longer.

What method of shipping will you use?
For Malaysia, we typically use PosLaju though at times we also use Skynet and Nationwide.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind after ordering the product. If you are not sure if this is a boardgame you will like, we suggest you join one of our free meetups where we are happy to let you testdrive the game. However we are happy to exchange any defective products within 1 week of purchase, upon presentation of the returned product and receipt. Products should be returned in their original packaging complete with all components, accessories and documentation (rule book). It is your responsibility to cover postage charges of return and re-send the item(s) to us at Cheras store for exchange.
