This is the fourth extension for Clinic Deluxe Edition. This extension is packed in an original cover flap designed by Todd Sanders!

The Pandemic lockdowns have disrupted our play testing phases and Clinic The extension 2 and 3 were not ready to be released. We have decided to skip them in order to release one big module of extension called: Basement (Clinic: the Extension 4).
