Welcome back to Parks, where every trail leads to new marvels, every stream runs with new life, every sun sets over a new memory, and every mountain looms with new possibility as you explore the stunning beauty and wild wonders as you venture through the national parks of Europe.

Over the course of three rounds (called Seasons), Parks Europe will challenge your hiking skills in new ways, enticing you to hook into the Via Ferrata along the Trail, collecting resources and fatigue along the way - visiting Parks or stopping off at the Chalet to rest and take in the wonder. Explore new systems for taking Photos, expand your experience on the trail by supporting Conservation Projects, and enjoy in hike bonuses from a new set collecting element with Park Cards.

At the end of the third Season, the hike (and the game) is over! Count up your points and see who had the greatest experience visiting the natural beauty of Europe from the shores of the Wadden Sea to the Dolomiti cliffs.

The sun is rising over the Dolomites. A glacier glitters in the distance. The dense alpine forest surrounds you, and the Via Ferrata beckons you to clip in. Welcome to Parks Europe. Each season, your two hikers make their way down an ever-changing trail, stopping at trail sites to collect resources, take photos, encounter wildlife, and take in the wonders. Along the way you'll earn points by visiting national parks, collecting Wonder Cards, taking Photos, and earning Awards — and because the trail is rebuilt from a shuffled mix of core and advanced sites every season, no two hikes are ever the same.

From Killarney to Cinque Terre

It’s been such a joy to learn about the beautiful, protected lands across Europe that inspired and helped bring Parks: Europe to life. There are well over 500! That’s a lot more than we can fit into this here game, so it was no easy feat choosing the 48 parks to feature. We made our selections in a way that shared as much diversity in ecosystem while covering a breadth of countries. Here are the 48 park cards spanning the continent — each illustrated by one of eight European artists, each with a fun fact, each a part of a special suit, and each a place you'll want to visit for real.

Add five legendary World Heritage Sites to your hike for free. Heritage Sites give your Parks action a new dimension where you may visit one of these Historic sites instead by placing your Heritage token on one of it slots. The ruleset for the expansion is available here.

Earn your Heritage Token at Trail's End, then spend a future Parks action to visit a Site instead — paying its cost to claim a Reward Slot for instant actions and end-game points. Other players can still visit after you, but the best slots go to the first hikers there.
