What is BGC Points
We want to say "Thank You" for supporting us at Boardgamecafe.net and buying games from us. With this BGC Points (Customer Rewards Program), customers like yourself can earn points, as well as other exclusive opportunities towards making purchases from us. The more points you earn, the more money you'll save on your next purchase, or whenever you decide to redeem.

How to Earn BGC Points

• Earn 1 point for every ringgit (MYR) you spend; with no limit (note: points earning ratio for some sales may differ)
• Earn 500 points for recommending a new customer to us (with qualifying purchases)
• More ways to earn points will be offered throughout the year

Reward Points will not be given or awarded (or may be recaptured and voided if already awarded) for the following:
- Cancelled orders
- Orders that are not fully paid
- Shipping and handling charges
- Any and all applicable taxes
- Refunded orders
- That portion of an order that is paid for with Reward Points
- Orders that take advantage of another special offer or discount offered by Boardgamecafe.net

Reward Points are not transferable, have no independent monetary value and may not be otherwise redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any other benefit.

How to Redeem Your Points

• Redeem your points as ringgit value off the next purchase of your choice (100 points convert into MYR1)
• Redeem your points for special promos eg pre-orders, Essen purchases
• Continue to earn points even on purchases made with redemption (you earn only on actual MYR paid minus redemption dollar)
• Accumulate as many points as you want, you decide when to redeem
• Redeem at any time with no blackout dates

Reward Points cannot be used to pay for the cost of shipping and handling charges and/or any applicable taxes.

Some Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What do I have to do to participate?
If you have already bought from us since 13/12/2013 then congratulations, you are all set to start earning points. If not, then all you need to do is to make your first purchase with us.

Q2: Does this mean all purchases I made since 13/12/2013 including Black Friday Sale have earned me points?
Yes, we have decided to reward you with BGC Points beginning with last year's Black Friday Sale (which started on 13/12/2013). You would earn 1 BGC Point for every MYR1 spent from 13/12/2013 till now.

Q3: Can you provide an example of how to use points?
Lets say you have purchased RM2,000 worth of games from us, you would already have 2,000 points. On your next purchase, you could use the 2,000 points (or partially) to receive a discount of RM20 off that purchase.

Q4: Will my BGC Points ever expire?
All BGC Points in a members account will expire if there is no qualifying purchase for a period of 12 months.

Q5: Is there a maximum amount of points I can earn?
No, there is no maximum amount of BGC Points that can be earned. The more orders you place, the higher your point balance will grow.

Q6: How do I check how many points I still have?
We are still looking to set this up properly with a backend system. Until then, you can check your points balance by emailing us at inquiry@boardgamecafe.net or giving us a call.
