THE CLOCKTOWER CALLS!
Our shop will be closed for one week break from July 13 (Mon) to July 20 (Mon). Here are the important cut-off dates for your planning.
LAST DAY FOR DELIVERY ORDERS
To have your order packed and shipped before our break, please place and pay by 6 PM, July 11 (Sat).
We'll do our best to dispatch all orders before the break, but we are unable to guarantee delivery as we depend on the courier services for the last-mile delivery.
Orders placed after this cutoff can still be self-picked up or sent via Grab/Lalamove (customer-arranged) until 5 PM, July 12 (Sun).
LAST DAY FOR STORE PICK-UP ORDERS
Place your pick-up orders by 3 PM, July 12 (Sun). All pick-ups must be completed by 5 PM, July 12 (Sun).
NO FULFILMENT DURING OUR BREAK
From July 13-20, we won’t be processing or fulfilling any orders.
Our webstore remains open 24/7, and all orders will be fulfilled FIFO (first-in, first-out) once we return,
