We’ll be away for SPIEL 2025 in Essen and our shop will be closed from October 15 (Wed) to October 28 (Tue).
LAST DAY FOR DELIVERY ORDERS
To receive your order before our trip, please place and pay by 6 PM, October 12 (Sun).
Orders placed after this cutoff can still be self-picked up or sent via Grab/Lalamove (customer-arranged) until 3 PM, October 14 (Tue).
LAST DAY FOR STORE PICK-UP ORDERS
Place your pick-up orders by 6 PM, October 13 (Mon). All pick-ups must be completed by 3 PM, October 14 (Tue).
NO FULFILMENT DURING AWAY DAYS
From October 15–28, we won’t be processing any orders.
Our webstore remains open 24/7, and all orders will be fulfilled FIFO (first-in, first-out) once we’re back.
ORDER FULFILMENT RESUMES
- Delivery & pick-up processing resumes October 29 (Wed)
- Store pick-up & Grab/Lalamove resumes October 30 (Thu) — please WhatsApp us to arrange.
