NOTE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic / MCO situation, we may be experiencing some delays in our shipping/delivery timeline. Please bear with us during this trying times and if you need to confirm the delivery date for an order, do not hesitate to reach out to us first. We thank you for your understanding.
Currently we ship mainly to Malaysia (both West and East Malaysia) and Singapore. For international shipping where we already have established shipping rates (Singapore, Brunei, Australia), you will get to see the shipping charges at the Checkout page before you confirm/pay for your order. For countries where we do not yet have established shipping rates, we will quote you for a review before you finalize and pay for your order. How much will my order cost to ship/deliver?
Our webstore has built-in shipping charges for West/East Malaysia and Singapore. You will be presented with our shipping charges before you confirm/pay for your order.
West Malaysia (please also refer to FREE SHIPPING PROMO below)
- For orders below 1 KG, RM8 per shipping
- For orders above 1 KG, RM8 plus RM2 per additional KG per shipping
- For orders below 1 KG, RM15 per shipping
- For orders between 1 KG and 2 KG, RM25 per shipping
- For orders above 2 KG, RM25 plus RM10 per additional KG per shipping
- For orders below 0.5 KG, RM50 per shipping
- For orders betwee 0.5 KG and 1 KG, RM60 per shipping
- For orders above 1 KG, RM60 plus RM20 per additional KG per shipping
For your convenience, our webstore will calculate the shipping & handling cost for you during check-out.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere within West Malaysia for orders above RM150. If your order qualifies, you will see the "Free Shipping" option during checkout.
Note that our FREE Shipping promo may not be valid during sales promotion and for selected products.
For customers who wish to arrange their own expedited pickup (GrabExpress, BungkusIt, LalaMove, etc), you may do so at your own cost. Select "Expedited Pickup" option as Shipping Method and mention your arrangement to us in the Order Comment section and/or whatsapp us to confirm the arrangement.
You can also choose to pick up your order from our physical store at OTK Cheras. Directions to our store - click here. Kindly whatsapp us before you come over so that we've your games prepared for pick-up.
How soon would I receive my order?
This depends on which delivery method you choose from above.
Likely the fastest option depending on your arrangement. Feel free to have a chat with us on this option before you proceed.
Pickup from OTK Cheras store
If you are picking up your order from our Cheras store, we can arrange it on most days given one-day notice. Friday evening would be the best time since that's when we hold our weekly OTK Cheras Meetup. You can specify your preferred pickup date/time in the Order Comments, or we would get in touch with you as soon as we receive your order to arrange for your pickup date/time.
Normal Delivery (inclusive of Free Shipping mode)
Subject to clearance of payment for your order (cut-off is 5pm), we need a day to pack your items for shipping. Our usual ship-out days are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except when it's a public holiday). The shipper would normally take 1-2 business days after our ship-out days to send the parcel to you. You will receive an automated email with tracking number from us as soon as your order is picked by our shipper.
- On heavier weeks (during sales for eg), we may ship out daily Mon-Fri.
- Our shipper provides next-busines day delivery for most parts of West Malaysia. Some areas may need a day or two longer to reach you.
If you have not received your order within this time please reach out to us and we'll do our best to sort this out for you.
Which shipper / courier company would you use?
For Malaysia, we typically use Pgeon and PosLaju though at times we also use Skynet and ABX Express.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind after ordering the product. If you are not sure if this is a boardgame you will like, we suggest you join one of the many community meetups where you may be able to play the game. Click here for more information on the community meetup available in your region.
However we are happy to exchange any defective products within 1 week of purchase, upon presentation of the returned product and order receipt email. Products should be returned in their original packaging complete with all components, accessories and documentation (rule book). It is your responsibility to cover postage charges of return and re-send the item(s) to us at Cheras store for exchange.
