INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are based in Malaysia and welcome international orders.

NOTE: Due to the ongoing COVID-10 pandemic situation, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. Please ask us first before placing an order. We apologize for the inconveniences caused.

Shipping to Singapore / Brunei / Australia

Our checkout already has built-in shipping rates for the following countries - Singapore, Brunei, and Australia - which means if you are getting us to deliver your order to these countries, you can find out the shipping charges, pay for your order (Paypal or bank transfer) and we'll pack & ship your order out.

Shipping to a destination not from above list

However if you are sending your order to other countries (not in the above list), our checkout will give an estimated quote of RM150 and send a request for us to give you a firm shipping quote upon receipt of your order form

• During checkout, please ensure you enter your shipping address including postcode, state (if available) and country. We need these info in order to determine a shipping charge for you order.
• In the Checkout page, select "Outside Malaysia (to quote)" as your Shipping Method.
• For payment, select "Waiting for Quote" as we do not need you to make payment first (until you accept our shipping quote)
• Complete the checkout process.
• On receipt of your order, we'll calculate the shipping charges based on the info in the order form (shipping address and total weight of the order).
• We'll contact you once we've a final shipping charge for you to review your order.
• After reviewing your order, if you are happy to proceed you can choose to pay securely with Paypal, Transferwise or do a bank transfer to our Malaysian bank account (all bank/transfer charges to be borne by customer).
• Your completed order will be on hold for 2 days before we reserve the right to cancel it.
• Shipping to international destinations will be by air, with tracking number and expected to reach you within a week (after we shipped out)
