You can only redeem one Birthday Promo Coupon once in 12 months.

Is there a particular deadline when I need to redeem my Birthday Promo Coupon?
Yes, you need to redeem it before the 15th of the month following your birthday For eg: if your birthday is in July, then you have from 1st July till 15th August to redeem your Birthday Promo coupon.

How long is the validity of the Birthday Promo Coupon?
The Birthday Promo Coupon is valid for 30 days from date of redemption. There will be no further extension.

How many BGC Marks do I need to redeem this Birthday Promo?
If you are a Level 0: All Ears, the Birthday Promo Coupon is actually free for you! But it's only for 10% discount. The other levels provide a higher level of discount but will cost you 1,000 BGC Marks to redeem the Birthday Promo Coupon.

What if I do not have sufficient BGC Marks to redeem the Birthday Promo?
Well, you have until the 15th of the following month to earn more BGC Marks to meet the redemption cost.

Are there any products which I cannot purchase using this Birthday Promo Coupon?

No, your order for the Birthday Game is already discounted and therefore won't earn any more BGC Marks.

No, the Birthday Promo Coupon is not transferable or redeemable for cash (whether full or partial).

The Birthday Promo Coupon can only be used by you. Its not transferable.

What happens if I do not use my Birthday Promo Coupon by expiry date?
If you do not use it by its expiry date, then it'll just lapsed. There is no further extension. The BGC Marks spent to redeem it are not refundable.
